El Libro de los Guiones nos permite recorrer breves relatos acerca de los cortometrajes filmados por Paco Caparrós. Cinco cuadernillos destinados a conducir temáticamente al lector. Una diferenciación cromática de categorización de contenido desprenden cierta intención fragmentada y lúdica para hacernos del tiempo e introducirnos en el mundo del autor. Las decisiones de acabados como los cosidos a mano de costura visible, los sellados, gofrados manuales e impresiones de colores pantone aplicados al objeto describen su carácter artesanal, detallista y sofisticado.
Acción. El guión está condenado a permanecer siempre entre ambos mundos (behind off–making). Corte. Toma 2. Una comisaría de noche (dark black); un cigarrillo encendido junto a una botella de whisky; un duelo; espalda con espalda y pistolas en mano. Corte.
Toma 3. Una diferenciación cromática de contenido desprende una intención fragmentada y lúdica para introducirnos en el mundo del autor. Las pasiones se viven, no se comprenden. El recorrido entre páginas, las ilustraciones de Diego López de Murillas y los comentarios dispuestos en un Francés colorido y elegante (low yellow over white–ink); misterio y asesinatos, silencios y tormentas –corte-.

El Libro de los Guiones is a collection of stories about different short-films directed by Paco Caparrós. The case contains 6 themed-booklets. The use of different colours for each book are part of the director’s intention to listen to different stories and it’s also an invitation to get to know his world. The visible hand-sewn binding, stamping, and embossing, as well as the printing in different pantone colours are part of a detail-oriented and sophisticated way of understanding the project.
Action. The script is doomed to remain between two worlds forever. (behind off–making). Cut.

It’s ride between coloured pages, Diego López de Murillas’ illustrations and some classy-French comments (low yellow over white–ink); Mystery and murder; First silence, then comes a storm. Cut.
